Thank you for shopping at The Bass Dept.! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • The item has not been used or damaged.

Non-Returnable and Non-refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Items that tag has been removed / used / washed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@thebassdept.com to request a return authorisation.

  2. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please keep the packaging, take  some photos of the damaged / defective part(s) of the product and contact us immediately at info@thebassdept.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing your refund or replacement.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
