Shipping within Hong Kong

Shipping Method: We use SF Express Pay on Delivery service for all orders within Hong Kong.

Delivery Fees: If there is a promotion offering free delivery, we will cover the delivery fee for your order.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 days and should arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
International Shipping

Shipping Method: For international orders, we use Hong Kong Post Office services.

Shipping Restrictions: Due to current tax issues, we regret to inform you that we cannot ship to the United States at this time. We are monitoring the situation and hope to resume shipping there in the future.

Delivery Times: International shipping times may vary based on the destination. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to arrive.
Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 7-14 days (Except for customising the bow case). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where applicable.
Shipping Damage
While we take great care in packaging our products, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
