We do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges based on personal preference, size changes, or color variances.
Exceptions will only be made for products that are verified as defective (manufacturing quality issues) or out of stock.
Quality Control Before Shipping
Our dedicated Quality Checking Team inspects every single item to ensure it is in its best condition before being packaged and shipped out to you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or completely incorrect relative to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of parcel arrival (based on delivery timestamp).
Please provide your order number alongside clear photos/videos of the issue. Requests made after the 48-hour window will unfortunately not be entertained.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange once approved, your item must be unused and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.
It must be returned strictly in its original, undamaged packaging (including all original tags, accessories, and protective wraps).
